If you are not completely satisfied with your product or perhaps received the incorrect product we will do our best to make it right. Buyer assumes full responsibility for order inspection upon arrival and notification of discrepancies or errors regarding the order. All orders must be picked up within 10 days after customer is notified order is ready for shipment. Once we have we received the returned items we will process the exchange, return and credit if the product meets the conditions for returns. Reports of damage, product defects and order errors must be claimed within 6 days after receiving order and may be returned within 14 business days after receiving order. For all approved returns a restocking fee of 15% will be applied. All returned items received must be undamaged and in salable condition. No returns of partial case quantities or quantities other than are offered at the time of returned are accepted. No custom or special orders will be eligible for return. When the return is approved a return shipment label can be emailed, faxed, or shipped to you. Please request a return shipment via the contact us form. All handling, transport and shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer takes full responsibility for the package once package is received by the shipping carrier. Special shipping instructions must be noted upon placing order. If a signature is required it must be requested upon order placement, a fee may be charged for this service and additional requests.
